xdhdqxdh: XDHTML based interface to the 'xdhdq' application

This is the XDHTML based frontend to the xdhdq application.

Because it is based on the XDHTML technology, this application needs xdhcefq (to be deployed as native application) and/or xdhbrwq (to be deployed as web application).
